A degree of unaided mobility is required to get the most out of your holiday experience. By the very nature of our holidays at times we may be walking over rough and uneven terrain, although most walks will be on footpaths. All participants are expected to cope with reasonable birdwatching conditions and be able to walk up to 2 miles if required.

A minimum of 4 people are required to operate a holiday. If we have to cancel your holiday before the date of departure, you will have the choice of taking an alternative holiday or accepting a full refund of all monies paid.

If used it will be on the understanding that the pool will be unattended and used completely at your own risk. The owners will accept no liability under any circumstance. Towels are provided but not swimwear.
On all tours it is expected that Stephen Moss will be the expert Ornithological guide ably assisted by Graeme Mitchell a keen and experienced birdwatcher. In the unlikely event that either Stephen or Graeme is not available for any tour we will inform you as soon as possible and advise of the suitable alternative guiding arrangements we have made.
Stephen and Graeme will have two powerful Swarovski birdwatching telescopes that will be available and used when appropriate on our excursions. It is expected that all participants will have their own birdwatching binoculars. A minimum 8X32 magnification binoculars are advised but not essential. Spares binoculars may be available to borrow on request.
